Focuses on dynamic breathing and strengthening core muscles for functional movement and activity.
Spring-based equipment is used to assist or resist movement, providing instant feedback and helping to achieve proper functional movement patterns.
Leads to improved postural awareness, coordination, movement control, mobility, strength, and balance.
Extremely effective treatment approach for all ages, activity and injury levels.
Can be used as an injury prevention or continuation of one’s rehabilitation program.
Can be used for full body health and wellness through out the life span. Safe and effective to improve posture, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, bladder control, and weight management.
Comprehensive Evaluation
Programs can be tailored to virtually anyone, in any age or condition. Each session is adapted to meet the patient’s current condition and goals.
All Pilates sessions are taught by a licensed Physical Therapist, formally trained in Pilates and a focus on rehabilitation.
Patients are given extensive 1:1 treatment with verbal and hand-cuing to facilitate effective and safe movements, and achieve the desired results.
Pilates Instructors provide spotting and active instruction to maximize safety and rehabilitation.
